Loan Application Checklist for Businesses
Additional Application Requirements for Business Entities:
Only 4 Steps to Funding!
Step 1: Complete all sections of our Loan Application
Step 2: Fax copy of the following to (800)823-1305:
- Fully executed Contract including all addendums and assignments
- Copy of 2 most recent months bank statements
Step 3: Fax the following information to (800)823-1305
(Required for first loan only)
- Copy of Social Security Card
- Copy of Valid Driver's License
- For Business Entities Only: See below.
For Loans Not In Your Personal Name:
(Required prior to first loan only)
- Copy of Social Security Card of Signers and Guarantors
- Copy of valid Driver's License of Signers and Guarantors
- 2 current months bank statements of corporation, LLC, or partnership
- Copy of "Certificate of Good Standing" from Secretary of State website
- Note: Title company will require Articles of Incorporation, Copy of Bylaws, and copy of Operating Agreement (if LLC), and Partnership Agreement (if LP) in order to close
Step 4: Submit payment for Appraisal/Inspection via credit card (this is the last section of the online application). We Fund Houses, LLC will order the appraisal and inspection upon submission of application.
After Final Loan Approval
You will receive an email outlining the details of your loan, along with a follow up call to confirm the terms. At that time you will need to do the following:
- Inform your title company that We Fund Houses, LLC is your lender.
- Order your insurance immediately so closing is not delayed
- Coordinate and schedule your closing appointment with your title company, we do not schedule closings
